Ooredoo Maldives has achieved ISO Certification for its Call Center Management, setting a historic milestone as the first ISO-Certified Call Center in the Maldives.
This marks the second ISO-Certified Call Center recognition in the South Asian region, which encompasses both Ooredoo’s in-house Call Center operations and client Call Center management, underscoring Ooredoo’s commitment to high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
The ISO Certification process began in February 2023, and culminated in nearly a year and half of rigorous standards implementation, continuous improvement, and assessments. This accomplishment reflects Ooredoo Maldives’ dedication to adopting international best practices, enhancing operational efficiencies, and fostering superior customer experiences across its Call Center operations.
With this, Ooredoo Maldives sets a new benchmark for Call Center quality in the Maldives, assuring customers of exceptional service standards and reinforcing its position as a regional leader in telecommunications.
The certification also covers all aspects of Call Center Management, including service efficiency, responsiveness, customer satisfaction, data security, and service reliability.
