Tuesday, 27th July – Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) CEO inspects the progress of Haa Alif Ihavandhoo harbor development project.
Earlier, MTCC honcho Adam Azim made visits to several of upper-northern islands to inspect the progress of the respective islands.
According to the contractor company, the Ihavandhoo harbor development project include dredging and excavation operations spanning 30,509 cubic-meters along with the construction of several harbor-related structures.
Moreover, MTCC will construct a quay wall and a breakwater measuring 95 meters and 284 meters respectively along with the construction of a 178-meter revetment.
Furthermore, as the project contractor MTCC is expected to install both navigation and street lights as well as construct a paved area measuring 4,582 square meters. MTCC reports the project valuation at a total of MVR51.7 million.
