Visit Maldives commences on a month-long digital marketing campaign with one of the leading tech firms in the world, Invibes.

Moreover, the digital marketing campaign commences on October and will reach a “highly targeted and engaged travel audience of honeymooners, couples and families.” The campaign aims to increase the tourist arrivals to the Maldives from the French market.

Invibes is a globally recognized technology firm with a rich portfolio of innovative advertising and is known for their transformative approaches in consumer interaction with brands; with the utilization of creative and engaging in-feed ad formats.

Moreover, with Invibes joining hands with Visit Maldives, the tech firm will use a “variety of high defintion pictures and a video campaign to promote and showcase” the island nation.

Furthermore, the campaign will highlight resorts, guesthouses, liveaboards and even hotels along with unique experiences in the Maldives.

Visit Maldives reports that the video campaign and pictures will expectedly achieve close to 300,000 impressions and approximately 1.5 million impressions respectively, resulting in a significant improvement in the brand awareness of the Maldives as “one of the safest destinations to visit for the next holiday” amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

While the campaign aims to increase arrivals from the French market, as of 11th August the country is listed among the top-ten source markets to the island nation with an arrival total of 13,267 so far.

Meanwhile, Visit Maldives has remained at the forefront of promoting the island nation in several international markets. So far in 2021, the destination promoter has conducted a similar digital and social advertising campaign in association with TO Odigeo.

Furthermore, Visit Maldives has partnered up with TO Amplitudes to promote the island nation in another similar campaign.

In addition to this, the destination promoter is in the process of conducting a year-long travel-trade training webinar series while two successful sessions and a media campaign with Madame Figaro have been concluded.

Visit Maldives is also geared up to participate in several global travel and trade related fairs including the IFTM, Top Resa, ILTM Cannes and the Monaco Yacht Show.
