    MMPRC seek host property for “Storytellers’ Conference 2023”

    MMPRC seek interested properties to host Visit Maldives Storytellers' Conference 2023

    Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) announced request-for-proposals (RFPs), seeking a host property for next year’s largest destination marketing event; ‘The Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023′.

    According to MMPRC, the event is scheduled for May next year.

    The “Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference” will begin on 07th May 2023, to promote the destination and showcase the unique tourism experience offered by Maldives. With the conference, MMPRC aims to position the country beyond the “traditional sun, sand, and sea” while increasing awareness on MICE and sustainable tourism segments among influencers, bloggers and travel writers.

    The event is expected to bring together, over 50 international travel writers, 4 celebrity speakers, 10 to 20 Maldivian journalists and sell the island nation effectively in their respective markets.

    The host property will be given opportunity to present their business or property during the conference, providing further exposure. Additional to this, the host property will be included on all marketing materials of Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023 throughout the event period.

    MMPRC reports pre-bid meeting for interested properties will be conducted at the corporation’s head office, H. Zonaria, 4th floor, at 10:00hrs on 7th December 2022. Interested parties have until 10:00hrs of 14th December to submit bid proposals for the project.

    Clarifications related to the bidding documents and scope can be inquired by mailing to [email protected] on or before 10:00hrs, 12th December 2022.
