Dhiraagu introduces new update on its mobile application.
According to the leading telecommunication and internet service provider in the Maldives said customers can now enjoy all-new features to help manage their accounts and services more conveniently following the update.
The update comes with three new key features.
Customers can easily change their mobile plans and home fiber broadband packages while residential customers can view their bill details dating past 12 months directly from the app. To view bill details, customers must log in to the app and access information from the “View Bills” section; a new feature added in the update.
Additionally, postpaid customers with plans above Dhiraagu Postpaid 150 can now cancel any recurring add-ons they no longer need. To do this, customers can easily swipe or press on the “Add-On Balance” button on the app.
Customers can update their mobile application via Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
