Urbanco has inaugurated its “Urban Center”, a specialized hub for customer services. The new customer care service center is located on the ground floor of Centro Mall in Hulhumale’ 1.
Urbanco’s Managing Director Ahmed Athif said the company developed the center to offer a comprehensive range of services to customers all in one location. He stressed the absence of a dedicated customer area had previously limited service accessibility for customers such as making bill payments, information seeking, and bid applications.
The center features 6 counters to provide Urbanco’s services, and features a meeting area specific for customers seeking information on the corporation’s products and services.
Athif claimed Urbanco is now working on developing a second customer service center in Hulhumale’ 2. The new center will reportedly be close to Vinares housing flats.
“Customers can obtain information or services from the center when our call center is occupied or in addition to utilizing our online platform,” Athif added.
The center will be open from 09:00hrs to 15:00hrs on weekdays. The center will be staffed by a team of 15 Urbanco employees.
