Mirihi Island Resort announces the luxury resort’s Wellness Week, scheduled from April 22 to 27, 2024.
The resort announced a slew of wellness activities with the help of visiting wellness facilitators. Guests and visitors are extended the chance to take part in yoga sessions ranging from Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Lyengar, and Yin Yoga with Mirihi Island Resort’s resident yogi Danushka.
Besides yoga, the resort offers Tai Chi lessons with visiting instructor Suchan Hong, and Reiki Healing to reduce stress and improve relaxation led by Lia from Yoga Bliss with Lia.
Additionally, the Wellness Week includes Water Aerobics, Healing Painting, and a Harvest BBQ Dinner.
