Dhiraagu and Women in Tech Maldives have announced the registration for the fifth program of the Girls to Code series is now open.
The fifth edition of the program will be targeting interested participants in Haa Alif atoll Dhidhoo, Dhiraagu said.
The call for applications for this year’s program has been opened as part of marking the International Girls in ICT Day to further boost awareness and encourage participation.
Girls to Code is a series initiated by Dhiraagu and Women in Tech Maldives to empower girls and women by teaching them how to code, with the objective to cultivate interest in technology, and boost their involvement in the technology sector.
By the end of the program, participants will have the knowledge and application of coding.
Interested participants from Dhidhdhoo may register for the program by submitting a filled form at https://bit.ly/4aMNRqp before May 28, 2024.
The program is scheduled to take place from June to September 2024.
