MTCC reports commencing the works for quay wall construction on Tuesday, 27th July.<\/p>\n<p>According to MTCC the project scope includes dredging and excavation operations spanning 40,576 cubic-meters; reportedly for the new harbor&#8217;s basin &#8211; which has been completed.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, other components of the project include construction of a breakwater and a quay wall measuring 376 meters and 98 meters respectively, the latter of which is currently at ongoing status in terms of work.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, MTCC will install a paved area measuring 1,150 square-meters along with the installation of streetlights.
