“Reliable wiring also plays a role in reducing electricity bills. While seasonal factors are one aspect of the issue, improving general infrastructure is equally important. Distribution-side losses: technical leakage along ageing wiring, transformer inefficiencies, and connection-point bottlenecks, typically run into double-digit percentages in legacy grids.
