These four members are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aishath Zamra Zahir &#8211; Chief Commercial Officer<\/li>\n<li>Moosa Nimal &#8211; Chief Marketing Officer<\/li>\n<li>Rashfa Jaufar &#8211; Chief Risk Officer<\/li>\n<li>Gary Laughton &#8211; Chief Credit Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CEO and Managing DIrector of the bank, Mohamed Shareef had this to say: &#8220;These changes are about growth. The Bank is in a strong position, and we are organizing ourselves to serve customers better and grow faster.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He adds that the temporary rotation is a deliberate exposure to an adjacent discipline, aimed at strengthening both the individuals and the institution.
