Proceedings start at 10:30hrs.<\/p>\n<p>Shareholders will vote on two board appointments. The agenda covers a nominee director and a director elected by the bank&#8217;s public shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>Shareholders on MIB&#8217;s register at 14:00hrs on Monday, October 26, can attend the MIB extraordinary general meeting and vote.<\/p>\n<p>Eligible shareholders can register through the infinity.mv portal. They can also email a registration form to investor.relations@mib.com.mv. The bank&#8217;s investor relations website carries the form.<\/p>\n<p>Registration for the MIB extraordinary general meeting closes at 10:30hrs on Sunday, November 8.<\/p>\n<p>MIB has urged eligible shareholders to complete registration before the deadline.
