{"id":2132,"date":"2021-09-20T11:27:50","date_gmt":"2021-09-20T06:27:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mbt.mv\/?p=2132"},"modified":"2021-09-20T11:27:50","modified_gmt":"2021-09-20T06:27:50","slug":"mtcc-commence-foundation-footing-of-hanimaadhoo-ferry-terminal-building","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mbt.mv\/?p=2132","title":{"rendered":"MTCC commence foundation-footing of Hanimaadhoo ferry terminal building"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Monday, 20th September<\/strong> &#8211; Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) reports on the latest update of the ferry terminal development project at Haa Dhaal atoll Hanimaadhoo.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, as per the contractor, they have commenced the foundation footing works of the terminal building which had commenced on 19th September, Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>The ferry terminal project developed at Hanimaadhoo is part of the phase-1 of the &#8220;Integrated National Public Ferry Network Project&#8221; with the aim of connecting the residential islands and atolls of the country via a high-speed ferry network.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the project will proceed through a total of three phases of which phase-1 covers the zone-1 which includes Haa Alif, Haa Dhaal and Shaviyani atoll islands.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, MTCC comments that the integrated ferry network will introduce &#8220;reliable, efficient, affordable, convenient and sustainable passenger ferry services to all administrative islands&#8221; of the Maldives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monday, 20th September &#8211; Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) reports on the latest update of the ferry terminal development project at Haa Dhaal atoll Hanimaadhoo.
