State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) has successfully concluded a managerial training program aimed at the middle-management employees of the corporation.<\/p>\n

The participants were awarded with certificate of completion for successfully following through the program.<\/p>\n

According to STELCO the program was oriented to focus on three major areas of corporate management which included; leadership skills, people skills and project management skills. The programs ran through three participant batches with a total of 45 employees from middle-management hierarchy participating in them.<\/p>\n

The training program is an initiative spearheaded by the corporation’s incumbent Managing Director Mr. Hassan Mughnee.<\/p>\n

Moreover, this marks the very first time a training program of such magnitude has been organized for middle management employees of the company. Speaking about the initiative, the corporation’s front-man Mr. Mughnee said that the training program will pave way for similar programs in the future.<\/p>\n

He further commented that the program follows STELCO’s “Leadership Succession Plan” initiative; which was created in a bid to foster the next generation of leaders for various departments of the corporation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
