STELCO will upgrade the island&#8217;s electricity distribution grid with the installation of 2,279 meters of low-voltage cables.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, STELCO confirms that the cable installation, as well as the entire network upgrade project, will be completed sometime on Monday, 07th March 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the utility provider has commenced official works of installing an upgraded powerhouse unit with the capacity of producing 5 mega-Watts of electricity instead of its current 810 kilo-Watts.
