Outrigger Hotels and Resorts confirms the hotelier’s decision of purchasing Maafushivaru Maldives Resort.<\/p>\n

The hotelier will be acquiring the property from its current proprietor, LTI Hotels, which has operated the island under LTI Maafushivaru.<\/p>\n

LTI Hotels is the hotel brand under Germany’s DER Touristik, which is a subsidiary of the Revisionsverband der Westkauf cooperations; or otherwise known as REWE Group.<\/p>\n

Moreover, it has been confirmed that Outrigger will rename the property to Outrigger Maldives Maafushivaru after acquisition.<\/p>\n
