{"id":3202,"date":"2022-04-18T15:39:56","date_gmt":"2022-04-18T10:39:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mbt.mv\/?p=3202"},"modified":"2022-04-18T15:39:56","modified_gmt":"2022-04-18T10:39:56","slug":"macl-appoints-new-managing-director","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mbt.mv\/?p=3202","title":{"rendered":"MACL appoints new Managing Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The vacant position of Managing Director of Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has been officially filled with new managerial appointment.<\/p>\n<p>According to MACL, Mr. Majoob Shujau has been officially appointed as the new Managing Director of the company after the position had been vacant since 10th November 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The position became empty in last November after the previous Managing Director Mr. Gordon Andrew Stuart was terminated following underperformance.<\/p>\n<p>Following Stuart&#8217;s departure, the company was managed under the vision and tutelage of its Deputy Chief Officer Mr. Ibrahim Thoha who has since been promoted as MACL&#8217;s Deputy Managing Director.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the company has confirmed its decision has been updated with Maldives Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The vacant position of Managing Director of Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has been officially filled with new managerial appointment.
