Anantara Kihavah Maldives landed second spot with a USD836 disbursement.<\/p>\n<p>One &amp; Only Reethi Rah made secured third spot with USD787. Kagi Maldives was listed for disbursing the lowest service charge for the month at USD175.<\/p>\n<p>While the list is reflective of data collected based on the consensus and comments from resort industry employees, this is not an official list. According to RWM, a total of 26 tourist properties disbursed service charges above the USD500 threshold.<\/p>\n<p>Service charge is a mandatory non-tax fee levied on tourisms, at a rate of 10% enforced by local tourism act.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ritz-Carlton takes the coveted first rank spot for August, for delivering the highest service charge from any tourist resort.
