Aimed at solving housing issues faced within the Greater Male&#8217; region, a total of 1,344 apartments are distributed in 10 housing towers.<\/p>\n<p>Going at a starting price of MVR2.5 million to a maximum of MVR3 million, the apartments measure between 883 square-feet to 902 square-feet. The high-tier apartments come with three bedrooms with attached toilets.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants are assessed on their current living conditions, which is the basis of their eventual scores. In addition to this, the applicants are listed according to the order of their points; HDC will open application for the units based on the order.<\/p>\n<p>Post evaluation on living conditions, the applicants will be assessed against financial eligibility. HDC will handover housing units to applicants who pass through this eligibility criteria. Applicants who fail to meet the prerequisites will be placed back in the waitlist after canceling their application for assigned housing units.<\/p>\n<p>The apartments are currently going through final phase of development.
