The project is still in early stages with an estimated completion date yet to be announced.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are thrilled to bring the world-renowned made-in-Italy brand ambassador, Dolce &amp; Gabbana, into the world of real estate and hospitality,&#8221; Ziad El Chaar, the Chief Executive of Dar Global said.<\/p>\n<p>Dolce &amp; Gabbana&#8217;s partner for the initiative, Dar Global is also behind projects such as Les Vagues by Elie Saab, a seafront residential development in Qatar; Urban Oasis by Missoni Home in Dubai; and Upside Living Villas in Riyadh, with interiors by Versace.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the revelation of a property in the Maldives, the premium Italian brand announced residential projects in Miami, US, and Marbella, Spain.<\/p>\n<p>Dolce &amp; Gabbana&#8217;s real estate plans follows in the footsteps of other luxury players such as Giorgio Armani and Bulgari, the latter having already unveiled a Maldivian property.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The luxury Italian label, Dolce &amp; Gabbana announces its team-up with Saudi property developer Dar Global for real estate debut, and reveals new luxury hotel in the Maldives.
