{"id":5879,"date":"2023-04-17T11:50:14","date_gmt":"2023-04-17T06:50:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mbt.mv\/?p=5879"},"modified":"2023-04-17T11:50:14","modified_gmt":"2023-04-17T06:50:14","slug":"maldives-president-appoints-new-chief-internal-auditor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mbt.mv\/?p=5879","title":{"rendered":"Maldives President appoints new Chief Internal Auditor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Maldives President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has appointed Ms Fathimath Salaha as the new Chief Internal Auditor on Thursday last week, 13th April 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The Maldives head of state made the appointment under Section 44-2(b) of the Public Finance Act (Act No: 3\/2006) at the deputy minister level.<\/p>\n<p>Salaha became a member of the Chartered Certified Accountants of the Maldives in 2023 while she been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the UK since 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to her current appointment, she served as the Chief Audit Executive at the Ministry of Finance.
