Fushifaru Maldives, a five-star luxury retreat in the picturesque Lhaviyani atoll, has won the prestigious ‘International Sustainable Award’ at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2023.<\/p>\n

The award recognizes the resort’s exceptional commitment and efforts towards sustainability and environmental conservation. The resort’s sustainable initiative “Plastic Aa Nulaa” (Without Plastic) played a huge role in Fushifaru Maldives securing this win.<\/p>\n

The International Sustainable Awards, presented by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards, aims to acknowledge and celebrate businesses that showcase innovative practices and smart solutions to increase sustainability while minimizing negative environmental imapcts.<\/p>\n

The resort’s winning initiative has been part of Fushifaru Maldives’ sustainability journey. This initiative encompasses a comprehensive approach on reducing and eliminating single-use plastics throughout the entire resort property.<\/p>\n
