The project involves development of 13 luxury-tier floating villas in Kaafu atoll Vilivaru.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6431\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6431\" style=\"width: 788px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6431 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/mbt.mv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/369148_3_c9f4ab04cf5b952d1a136d71dec1b0d888ee002f-1-1024x660.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"788\" height=\"508\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6431\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Concept of luxury villas to be developed in the Maldives<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Meyers Floating Solutions, the initiative&#8217;s partner is hailed as the largest developer of cruise lines worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about the new collaboration, HRIM Chairman Mohamed Ali Janah said that the European Investment Bank (EIB) has provided required funds for the development of the villas. He also expressed enthusiasm in introducing the new concept to the Maldives.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the project, the first batch of 13 villas will be offered for sale at a price exceeding USD 20 million.<\/p>\n<p>HRIM said that an exclusive event will be held to showcase and sell the villas to prospective buyers.
