{"id":7517,"date":"2023-12-11T08:48:00","date_gmt":"2023-12-11T03:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mbt.mv\/?p=7517"},"modified":"2023-12-11T08:48:00","modified_gmt":"2023-12-11T03:48:00","slug":"adk-honors-its-employees-with-performance-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mbt.mv\/?p=7517","title":{"rendered":"ADK honors its employees with Performance Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ADK Hospital hosted its 11th edition of Employee Performance Awards, held at Ghiyasuddin International School on December 8, Friday.<\/p>\n<p>More than 100 ADK Hospital employees were awarded for their contribution and performance from 10 distinct categories.<\/p>\n<p>The awards included Excellent Performer&#8217;s Award, High Performers with 100% Attendance, High Performer&#8217;s Award, and the Long Service Awards.<\/p>\n<h3>Top Awards Categories<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Five Silver Performance Awards: with a cash reward of MVR 7,500<\/li>\n<li>Five Gold Performance Awards: with a cash reward of MVR 10,000<\/li>\n<li>Employee of The Award: cash prize of MVR 15,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The top prize categories also included plaques and certificates for the awardees.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, the Employee of The Award went to Seema Mohamed, the Coordinator &#8211; Clinical Support Service of ADK Hospital. Besides the cash prize, plaques, certificate, sash, and bouquet, she also received a five-night holiday trip for two to the Wild Life Safari in Kenya.<\/p>\n<p>The Managing Director of ADK Ahmed Af&#8217;aal said that employees are the most valuable assets of the hospital.
