{"id":9396,"date":"2024-05-13T21:19:12","date_gmt":"2024-05-13T16:19:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mbt.mv\/?p=9396"},"modified":"2024-05-13T21:19:12","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T16:19:12","slug":"govt-collects-mvr-2-11-b-revenue-in-april-2024-up-13-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mbt.mv\/?p=9396","title":{"rendered":"Govt collects MVR 2.11 B revenue in April 2024, up 13.6%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to the statistics updated by the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA), the Maldives government collected MVR 2.11 billion in revenue in April 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Statistics showed the revenue collected in the review month is 13.6% up compared to the same month in 2023, which was due to the increment in the collection of GST, Airport Taxes and Fees, and Green Tax.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the total revenue collected is a 4.8% increment from initial projections, which is due to the increase in GST, Airport Taxes and Fees, and Green Tax collections.
