Male’ City Council reveal plans for prospective street-food establishments in the country’s capital city region.
Hints of preliminary development of such a plan was revealed on Saturday evening, by Male’ City’s Mayor Dr. Mohamed Muizzu during the council’s meeting with residents of Henveiru district.
Furthermore, the city’s mayor had detailed on the council’s plan of enacting a street-food establishment at the empty plot east of Dharubaaruge Convention Center.
Speaking about the feasibility and potentiality of such a concept in a food outlet, the mayor claimed of positive demand for such an establishment among residents of the capital city and the Greater Male’ Region.
Should such an establishment come to fruition, the mayor affirmed it will be developed in adherence to the safety standards and protocols implemented by relevant authorities.
