    HDC opens bid window to purchase 60 plots from Hulhumale’ Phase II

    Housing Development Corporation (HDC) announced opening bidding window to interested parties to purchase a total of 60 land plots from the second-phase of Hulhumale’.

    The announcement was made on Monday, 27th December while the authority mandated towards the collective development of the satellite town detailed that the plots include 26 beach-front properties and 34 beach-side properties.

    According to HDC beach-front properties are sold at MVR3,900 per square-foot and beach-side properties are going at MVR3,500 per square-foot.

    One of the primary conditions for eligible buyers should be that they should not have a land or plot under their proprietorship in Male’ City exceeding 600 square-feet.

    The bid form requesting window is open from 02nd January until 15:30hrs of 31st January via mail. Interested parties can mail at [email protected] inquiring for bid forms. Moreover, bid forms will be charged with MVR500 according to HDC.

    Deadline to submit bid forms for beach-front properties is 09th February 2022 while the deadline for submitting bid forms for beach-side properties is 16th February 2022.
