    STELCO MD urges customer-orientation as top priority

    The Managing Director of State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) Mr. Ahmed Shareef has urged revamping the utility provider’s organization towards a more customer-oriented approach.

    While speaking at the ceremony to commemorate the 25th anniversary of STELCO, Mr. Shareef articulated on the company’s various strides and achievements throughout its history and stressed on the heavy task of promulgating the company as a contemporary utility service provider.

    He highlighted on the importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction while catering its services, noting that customer feedback and their reception was instrumental for STELCO in its sustainability efforts.
