Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened registration for new slots for the public to view the Vinares housing flats developed in Hulhumale’ Phase II.
HDC made the announcement to facilitate the growing public demand to view the currently developed housing flats while a total of over 11,000 individuals have already registered during the initial announcement.
Meanwhile, an official who spoke on behalf of the corporation confirms that the public reception towards HDC’s invitation of viewing the flats has been positive.
The official had also confirmed that the current viewing slots have been fully booked until August 2022.
So far, HDC has facilitated 500 individuals everyday for viewing the apartments, while viewing hours are scheduled between 08:30hrs and 14:30hrs.
Meanwhile, the corporation is expected to announce application window to purchase the flats. The price for each individual flat is reportedly between MVR2.52 million and MVR2.59 million.
