    HDC seeks bidders to operate vertical parking in Hulhumale’

    HDC seeks interested parties to lease and operate six vertical parking venues in Hulhumale'

    The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is seeking bidders to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for the lease and operation of vertical/mechanical parking venues in Hulhumale’.

    HDC on Sunday, 19th March, announced it was seeking potential and competent parties to operate six of its vertical parking mechanisms in various locations of Hulhumale’.

    The Vertical Parking Venues

    • Nirkolhu Parking 1: East side Rowhouse “Mashi” – 36 slots
    • Nirolhu Parking 2: East side of Flat 02 – 26 slots
    • Kaneeru Parking: West side of Rowhouse “Sandura” – 26 slots
    • Boagan Villa Parking 1A: West side of Ghaazee School – 26 slots
    • Boagan Villa Parking 1B: West side of Ghaazee School – 26 slots
    • Boagan Villa Parking 2: East side of Dhiraagu tree park

    The six vertical parking structures can contain 166 automobiles according to HDC.

    The information session about the project is scheduled for Tuesday, 21st March. Enquiries can be made in writing or by mail at [email protected] before 14:00hrs of 23rd March.

    HDC will upload responses to the inquiries to its corporate website and MyHulhumale’ properties website on 27th March.

    Interested parties must send proposals between 13:00hrs and 14:00hrs of 3rd April while proposals will be opened at 14:00hrs on the same date.
