    Urbanco confirms Vinares flats handover in July

    Urbanco has announced that the Vinares housing flats will be handed over to its tenants during July 2023.

    Urbanco’s Public Relations Manager, Ahmed Mimrah reported that the flats will be handed over to the applicants before the end of the current month, and added that applicants have been requested to submit their credit reports to the Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA) for financial evaluation.

    A total of 1,094 parties from non-registrants in Male’ City category, but having lived in the city for over 15 years, along with another 267 Male’ City registered parties for over 15 years have been selected for the flats.

    Exact number of flats allocated to the beneficiaries will be confirmed once flats are allocated to those who have switched from SeaLife, Gulhifalhu, and Hiyaa Flats to Vinares.

    Urbanco has already signed agreements with some of the flat recipients, though this figure remains unclear as of now.

    The housing towers of 13-storeys each contains a total of 1,344 3BHK apartments, and are sold at prices between MVR 2.5 million to MVR 2.7 million. Urbanco meanwhile said that a total of 128 flats have already been purchased at full price.
