Dmitry’s previous ownership and development of the renowned Jumeirah Maldives on Olhahali Island, and Amit’s role as the General Manager of the award-winning Jumeirah Vittaveli, have laid the foundation for this exceptional project.
The duo first crossed paths in 2013 and later founded Atoll Estates in 2020. Together, they conceived Projekt Delfin and, in 2022, acquired the prime site in the Maldives, setting the stage for what is anticipated to be the most sustainable tourism development in the world. The project has garnered support from internationally acclaimed consultants, each contributing their expertise to bring the visionary concept to life.
Killa Design from the UAE has master-planned the development and is also the architect behind one of the largest luxury resorts within the project. With a shared vision and unwavering commitment to architecture, design, function, and sustainability, Shaun Killa joined the founders early on, infusing the project with a truly remarkable essence.
At the heart of Projekt Delfin’s philosophy is a dedication to clean and renewable energy sources. Every building within the development will incorporate Building Integrated Solar Panels (BIPV), eliminating the need for fossil fuel generators.
