Urbanco on Tuesday, December 26, announced that the fenced off area of Hulhumale’ Phase II is now legally restricted for public access.
The corporation said unpermitted entry into the area by people’s not sanctioned to enter, are constituting trespass.
A statement issued by Urbanco said that the fenced-off area is no longer open for public. The corporation reiterated its continuous plea against trespassing into the area.
“As such, we urge and announce not to enter the area without a valid reason and permission,” Urbanco.
Urbanco further reiterated the cautions issued by health authorities on the alarming growth of mosquito population in Hulhumale’. It has advised the companies and people permitted to access the closed down section of the Hulhumale’ zone to practice caution in ridding of any environment that would enhance the breeding of mosquitos.
