    Dhiraagu has achieved the “Maldives’ Broadband Telecom Company of the Year” titled at the 2024 Asian Telecom Awards.

    The Asian Telecom Awards recognizes outstanding achievements within the South Asian region’s telecommunication industry.

    The accolade bestowed to Dhiraagu recognizes the company’s efforts in expanding and enhancing the Maldives’ telecommunications and digital infrastructure. Dhiraagu has also been successful in addressing the geographical challenges of the country while ensuring high-speed mobile and internet connectivity.

    “We are honoured to receive the Maldives’ Broadband Telecom Company of the Year award at the Asian Telecom Awards 2024,” said Ismail Rasheed, the CEO and Managing Director of Dhiraagu.

    “This achievement highlights our dedication to delivering exceptional service to our customers and our efforts to provide high-speed internet connectivity across the nation. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all our customers for being on our network.”

    Earlier, Dhiraagu was recognized by Ookla Speedtest Awards, which named it the “Fastest Mobile Network in the Maldives” three years in a row.
