Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/Visit Maldives) has been named the official destination partner for the prestigious 7th Air Services World Congress (ASWC) 2024.

The announcement was made during an event held at the Noovilu Seaplane Terminal, Velana International Airport (VIA).

The event saw participation from the CEO and Managing Director of Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) Ibrahim Shareef Mohamed, deputy managing directors, senior management, and partners.

The highly anticipated ASWC is scheduled to take place from July 09 to 11, 2024 at Kurumba Maldives, with 300 delegates expected to attend from various regions around the globe.

This year’s congress is also set to be the first aviation route development event in the Maldives, bringing together international delegates for face-to-face discussions about the future of the aviation sector on one platform.

As the official destination partner, Visit Maldives’ collaboration with the Air Service World Congress reinforces the tourism board’s dedication to promoting the Maldives as a top-tier travel destination and strategic partner in the global aviation sector.
