Fenaka Corporation has appointed Hussan Sham Adam as the new Chairman of the board. Sham, who was initially appointed as the State Minister of Finance under the current administration, had served as a director at the state-owned utility provider previously. His other key positions include the Deputy Minister of Finance during Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom’s administration in 2016, and had been a senior figure at the Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) before transitioning to public sector.
