    President Appoints Mohamed Mujthaz to the Civil Service Commission

    President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has appointed Mohamed Mujthaz as a member of the Civil Service Commission, in accordance with Article 180(b) of the Constitution of the Republic of Maldives and Section 13 of the Civil Services Act (02/2007). The appointment ceremony was held at the President’s Office.

    During the official ceremony, Mohamed Mujthaz was formally sworn in as a commission member. The oath of office was administered by Supreme Court Justice Hon. Uz Hussain Shaheedh. Following the oath, President Muizzu presented Mujthaz with his official letter of appointment.

    Mohamed Mujthaz holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Maldives College of Higher Education. He brings extensive experience to the role, having previously served as the Minister of State for Presidential Affairs, a member of parliament, and in several other senior government positions.
