The one-hour webinar held via popular video conferencing platform Zoom on 03rd March 2022 was attended by top travel agents and journalists of South Korea.

Mr. Thoyyib Mohamed, the Managing Director and CEO of MMPRC, during his opening speech, highlighted the “safety and unique experiences offered” to the travelers visiting the Maldives.

Furthermore, he detailed the safety measures in place at local tourist avenues including resorts, guesthouses, hotels, and safaris.

MMPRC focused on promoting the island nation as a “safe haven for travelers” as well as providing relevant updates to the South Korean travel trades. In addition to this, the webinar provided opportunities for industry partners to showcase their respective products.
