    MMPRC partners with Zee Network for new campaign

    MMPRC launches new campaign in association with Zee Network

    Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) has launched a new marketing campaign in partnership with Zee Network.

    According to MMPRC, the campaign will focus on the Middle Eastern market and will run for a month’s period.

    Under the campaign, advertisements promoting the island nation will be broadcast on the two main Zee Network channels catering to the Middle Eastern market; Alwan and Aflam.

    During the thirty-day period, advertisements of 15-second spots will feature the island nation as an ideal destination for tourists seeking different experiences ranging from luxury, romantic, honeymoon, family, and adventure vacations.

    Through the campaign MMPRC aims to build high attention and visibility of the Maldives tourism brand, and leverage Zee Network’s wide network to reach the Middle East market and attract travelers.

    Zee Network as a wide reach in the Middle East market from local and Arab expats to all South Asian audiences. Zee Alwan is an entertainment channel targeting Arabs in the Middle East and South Africa, offering various content while Zee Aflam is the first and leading Bollywood movie channel in the region.

    The advertisements will run in between six different programs on Zee Aflam and five different programs on Zee Alwan.

    The campaign is in line with MMPRC’s marketing strategy for the Middle East, which targets to maintain the brand visibility and establish the island nation as a top of the mind destination for the countries in the market.

    Middle East region is an expanding market to the Maldives with 91,413 tourists from the region welcomed in 2021 according to the Ministry of Tourism.
