Hard Rock Hotel Maldives has launched the “Rock & Soul Month”; a full 31-day health and fitness festival.

The health and fitness program launched on 09th March will run until 07th April 2023. The program features activities ranging from morning runs, beach yoga, self-defense to dance fitness, aqua gym, strength sessions, and nutrition and lifestyle classes.

During the health and fitness month, the program can be personalized by the guests to fit their unique needs.

In addition to a holistic fitness program running a month long, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives has also introduced a new spa package dubbed “Aloha Package” available at Rock Spa. The package includes a 30-minute body scrub, a 60-minute massage, and a 30-minute mini facial. The package is available for USD 185 per person or USD 345 per couple.

Hard Rock Hotel Maldives encourages guests to join at least two daily sessions, while the resort’s kids club Little Roxtars will have a fun-filled calendar of health-focused activities.

Additionally, the resort has invited two leading professionals Danny O’Sullivan, a mobility expert and Kristie Walker, a nutritionist and lifestyle consultant who will be joining the onsite team of health and fitness instructors.

“We are delighted to invite guests from around the world to our Rock & Soul Month, as we elevate health and fitness to new levels of luxury,” said Tolga Unan, the Managing Director of Hard Rock Hotel Maldives.

The fitness month follows Hard Rock Hotel Maldives’ Carnival Week, which ran from 24th February to 04th March. The festival brought Latin America’s iconic carnival celebrations including a parade, masquerade party, and an array of Latin-themed activities.
