    Atmosphere Core, a new identity for the registered Atmosphere Core Private Limited, has unveiled its third brand – the Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts.

    Shifting from its actual company name, Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts will pave way for “refreshingly different destinations in South Asia” all the while the company blends its footprint in the Maldives, said the company.

    Considered among one of the fastest growing hospitality companies in South Asia, Atmosphere Core capitalizes on its “experience to stay ahead of competition through and innovative approach.”

    The hotelier brand already runs notable properties in the Maldives under three of its distinct brands which are– The Ozen Collection, Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts, and Colours by OBLU.

    “The Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts brand will be renowned for its big heart and a vision to create novel and memorable experiences for guests through every property. There will always be something new to unwrap; with an enriching experience awaiting to be discovered every time, while keeping authenticity as the brand’s North Star, as its compass,” the company said.

    The company has an “aggressive pipeline” of future development across India with the Ozen Mansion Kolkata set to open in Q1-2024 and key signings to be announced soon.

    Speaking about the company’s prospects, Salil Panigrahi, the Managing Director of Atmosphere Core says, “As a company, we are always evolving and innovating. Within 10 years, we have launched eight resorts in the Maldives. Our new brand, Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts offers an abundance of choices for both travellers as well as property owners.     Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts brand achieves its rich diversity through seven well-defined sub-brands that offer owners with maximum flexibility “while leveraging world class, turnkey solutions.”

    • ATMOSPHERE: offers classic luxury experience highlighting the individuality of each resort. Current Portfolio under this sub-brand includes Atmosphere Kanifushi
    • BY ATMOSPHERE: offers a charming getaway with heart-warming hospitality. Current portfolio under this sub-brand includes VARU By Atmosphere

    The AH&R sub-brand portfolio also includes An Atmosphere Experience that weaves “local culture and natural surroundings into the design”; along with A Signature Atmosphere for “an enriching and elegant stay in iconic properties”; Elements of Nature By Atmosphere that boasts tranquil wellness retreats.

    Heritage By Atmosphere, a conversion sub-brand, will curate historical properties encompassing ancient palatial homes to colonial bungalows while An Urban Atmosphere is the ideal sub-brand delivering authentic hotels and resorts experience “in the heart of the city.”

    Atmosphere Core is poised for strong growth in South Asia that includes three The Ozen Collection properties including the Ozen Mansion Kolkata in India, as well as Ozen Prive Athiri Gili set for Q4-2024 in the Maldives and the Ozen Secluded Tangalle in Sri Lanka.
