Soneva, one of the leading luxury resort operators in the Maldives, has unveiled its newest property located in Haa Dhaalu atoll, Soneva Secret.

The new property features 14 villas, and promises its guests the ultimate experience in ultra-bespoke hospitality that blurs the line between indoors and out. The 14 villas, in land and over water, come under six different types.

Each villa, directly providing access to the beaches or the waters, feature their own dedicated ‘barefoot guardian’ or ‘barefoot assistant’ and a designated private chef.

The resort features three main restaurants, the ‘Out of This World’ is the resort’s castaway dining tower, observatory and wine cellar located in the lagoon reachable via a zipline. The ‘So Primitive’ is the resort’s toes-in-the-sand firepit dining experience. ‘The Living Room’ serves as an island hub and casual eatery.

The property can be reachable via a 75-minute scenic seaplane flight from Velana International Airport, or fly directly to Kulhudhuffushi Airport and then take a one-hour scenic speedboat trip to the resort.
