    Sun Siyam Resorts announce Sabre partnership for revenue boost

    Sabre Corporation, a leading software and technology provider for the global travel industry, announces its latest partnership; with the Maldivian-owned and founded Sun Siyam Resorts.

    With a 30-year illustrious history, Sun Siyam Resorts’ boasts of five luxury properties in the Maldives and a boutique beach retreat on Sri Lanka’s East Coast.

    Sun Siyam Resorts reportedly selected Sabre Hospitality’s SynXis platform to expand its reach and revenue.

    In a feature on Travel and Tour World, the SynXis Central Reservations System (CRS) will be the foundation of Sun Siyam’s distribution network, and with SynXis Channel Connect, GDS connectivity, and the SynXis Booking Engine, Sun Siyam Resorts can “effortlessly distribute its room inventory through its direct channels”.

    Besides this, this partnership enhances Sun Siyam Resorts’ properties are marketed through an extensive network of travel agencies, over 600 global OTAs, major global distribution systems including Sabre’s, and prominent meta search engines like Google, TripAdvisor, and Kayak.

    Sun Siyam Resorts will also utilize Sabre Hospitality’s Corporate Booking Tool to allow travel agents to manage wholesale bookings at its properties.

    The SynXis Retailing will enable Sun Siyam Resorts to personalize the booking journey, offering guests tailored experiences, amenities and wellness options during the reservation process.
