CROSSROADS Maldives has introduced Weixin Pay across its properties, SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton and Hard Rock Hotel Maldives.
The first-ever integrated tourism project, which now houses a total of three tourist accommodations, introduced the payment option in a move to enhance convenience and overall experience for guests from China.
Weixin Pay, or popularly known as WeChat Pay is among the more popular payment options for Chinese travelers, where it is used as a major payment app.
Introduction of Weixin Pay is a “testament to CROSSROADS Maldives’ dedication to enhancing” guest satisfaction, and the initiative is expected to provide benefit to guests from better foreign exchange rates.
