    One&Only Reethi Rah, Maldives has announced two new appointments to its executive team.

    The property has appointed Kanchana Perera, an experienced hotelier and senior leader, as the new Director of Finance and Antonio Gracio, as the new Director of Sales.

    Kanchana originates from Sri Lanka and boasts over 20 years of experience within the finance sector. His noteworthy affiliations include renowned establishments such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International and Capella Hotels and Resorts.

    He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Suffolk.

    Antonio has over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality sales, and began his career in 2009 in Algarve, Portugal. He was later promoted to Associate Director of Sales at Jumeirah Port Soller in Mallorca, Spain.

    His career continued at Jumeirah Hotels & Sales, where he led the sales departments of the Group’s leading beachfront properties such as Jumeirah Zabeel Saray and Jumeirah Beach Hotel. He was next promoted as the Director of Sales for Madinat Jumeirah’s properties – Jumeirah Al Naseem, Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, and Jumeirah Dar Al Maysaf.

    “I am thrilled to welcome Kanchana and Antonio to the One&Only family in the Maldives,” said Jan Tibaldi, the General Manager of the resort.
