    Lily Beach Resort & Spa has announced new appointments to the property.

    The resort has appointed Laurent Driole as the new General Manager and Ali Irushad as the new Front Office Manager to lead the operations.

    The home-grown hospitality brand, known for its commitment to providing invaluable opportunities for career growth, Lily Beach Resort & Spa and Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa provide extensive training programs, mentorship initiatives, and opportunities for advancement to ensure employees develop new skills and reach their full potential.

    Speaking about his appointment, Driole said, “Our ultimate goal remains to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, establishing Lily Beach as an emblem of exceptional hospitality and cherished memories.

    “Together with our dedicated team, we are focused on elevating Lily Beach to new heights through meticulous planning and continuous guest feedback, while preserving its authentic Maldivian essence.”

    Driole said he looks forward to enhancing guest satisfaction by introducing personalized offers tailored to the preferences of the tourists.
