Red Bull Half Court is back, and now on the lookout for the world’s best streetballers as it bounces across 25 countries to put 3on3 basketball teams to the test.
With over 8,000 participants expected in 2024, thousands of teams are set to compete across the globe in the hopes of being crowned the world’s best.
Red Bull promises this year’s competition to be more intense, as players are expected to “battle it out” in the regional qualifiers in Kulhudhuffushi City, One & Only Reethi Rah, and Male’ City to determine who will secure the spot to represent the Maldives in the Red Bull Half Court World Finals in New York, USA.
Red Bull Half Court Qualifiers and National Finals Dates:
- Kulhudhuffushi City Qualifier – June 29
- One & Only Reethi Rah Qualifier – July 06
- Male’ City Qualifier (Ekuveni Outdoor Basketball Court) – July 11 and 12
- National Finals (Ekuveni Outdoor Basketball Court) – July 13
The top six teams from Male’ City, winner from Kulhudhuffushi City (Island Boyz), and the winner from One & Only Reethi Rah Qualifier will battle it out in the National Finals at Ekuveni Outdoor Basketball Court.
