Bank of Maldives (BML) shareholders have approved a record total dividend payout of MVR 269 million at MVR 50 per share, at the Bank’s Annual General Meeting on Tuesday evening. Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/Visit Maldives) and Weixin Pay signed a three-year memorandum of understanding (MoU) at the recent ITB China 2024. Maldives has urged the Commonwealth to expand its role and involvement in supporting Small Island Developing States (SIDS).
