Bank of Maldives (BML), has announced that its Board of Directors has recommended a dividend payout of MVR 60 per share, following the bank’s strong financial performance in 2025. The national bank revealed that it achieved a net profit of MVR 2.5 billion in 2025, making a 9.8% growth compared to 2024. The bank reports generating a net profit of MVR 2.5 billion in 2025. Nobu Hospitality has officially confirmed its debut in the Maldives with the announcement of Nobu Hotel, Residences, and Restaurant Maldives. The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure has revealed that a total of 5,067 applications have been submitted so far for the latest housing schemes introduced under the current administration.
