According to Maldives Customs Service, the imports to the country inclusive of fuel increased by 90% in September 2021 when compared with the corresponding period in 2020. According to the latest in the Monthly Fiscal Developments from Ministry of Finance, the total revenues to the state in the month of August 2021 observed a decrease of 32.6% when compared with the same period in 2020.
